Your Hundertserver mission:
As a Cloud Product Manager at Hundertserver, you actively shape the further development of our platform products with a focus on scalability, reliability, and real value for our customers. You bring technical understanding, think customer-centric, and can operate on both a strategic and implementation level. Your goal: pragmatic, functional solutions – clearly communicated, well-coordinated, and value-driven.

The Main Tasks:
Product Ownership & Vision
• Responsibility for our platform and cloud products throughout their entire lifecycle
• Developing a clear product strategy in collaboration with tech, business, and customers
• Translating customer needs into realistic, actionable requirements
• Creating and maintaining roadmaps, backlogs, and epics
Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management
• Direct collaboration with customers to understand requirements, use cases & feedback
• Communication with internal stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Support)
• Participation in customer meetings, demos, and product presentations
• Supporting pre- and post-sales activities
Technology & Implementation
• Technical understanding of platforms (Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, Monitoring, etc.)
• Close collaboration with Engineering to define MVPs, releases, and operational concepts
• Supporting pricing strategies, SLAs, and operational frameworks
Product Controlling & Optimization
• Setting up and analyzing product metrics (e.g., usage behavior, availability, costs)
• Continuous iteration of existing features based on customer feedback
• Identifying areas for improvement together with customers and teams
You fit to our team when:
Must-Haves
• Experience in (cloud/tech) product management or related areas
• Basic technical understanding: cloud technologies, infrastructure, APIs, Kubernetes
• Strong communication skills – you can translate tech into business language
• Structured, self-organized work style – with pragmatism and ownership
• Customer-centric mindset – you create solutions that are truly used
Nice to Have
• Experience with agile product development (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Knowledge of platform operations, SLAs, SLOs, monitoring, or FinOps
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, GitLab, etc.
