Your Hundertserver mission:
As an Agile Project Manager with personnel responsibility, you play a central role in the implementation of digital projects and the further development of our cloud- and open-source-based platforms. You combine methodological strength in agile project management with modern leadership and, together with your team, design sustainable IT solutions in a technologically challenging environment.

The Main Tasks:
Your Responsibilities
1. Agile Project Management & Organization
• Leading projects in digital, cloud, and open-source contexts using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Planning, managing, and controlling projects in terms of time, quality, and budget
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Cloud Engineers, SREs, and software development teams
• Risk management and removal of blockers
• Coordinating project meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
2. Leadership & Personnel Responsibility
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team
• Individual support and development of team members in professional, methodological, and cultural aspects
• Conducting employee appraisals, feedback sessions, and one-on-one coaching
• Strengthening ownership, team spirit, and motivation
• Building a professional, modern leadership environment
3. Agile Practices & Process Improvement
• Introducing and continuously improving agile processes in a digital and cloud-native environment
• Supporting the transition to DevOps, SRE, or product team structures
• Promoting an agile mindset and a culture that values learning from mistakes
• Optimizing interfaces with other teams, customers, or partners
4. Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders – including IT, product, management, and clients
• Clear, proactive communication about progress, risks, and goals
• Facilitating workshops, reviews, and decision-making formats
• Promoting transparency, collaboration, and trustful communication

Your Profile
Professional Competencies
• Experience in agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid models)
• Hands-on experience with digital projects, ideally related to cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), platform, or open-source technologies
• Basic technological understanding of cloud infrastructures, DevOps, and modern IT stacks
• Confident use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, or GitLab
Leadership & Soft Skills
• Proven leadership experience (either professional or disciplinary)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and clarity in leadership style
• Ability to motivate, empower, and develop teams
• Structured thinking, decisiveness, and a healthy dose of pragmatism
Bonus / Nice to Have
• Certifications such as PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, IPMA, or equivalent
• Experience with open-source strategies or in a SaaS/cloud-native environment
• Background in tech projects, software development, or IT operations is a plus
