Als Werkstudent/ Praktikant Produktmanagement (m/w/d) bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Business Development Bereich und dem Bereich Technology. Die Main Tasks:

Aufgabenvielfalt: Du unterstützt die Konzeption der Gestaltung, Harmonisierung und Integration von Geschäftsprozessen im Kontext der Produktentwicklung
Bei der Gestaltung von End-to-End-Prozessen in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung und Produktdatenmanagement wirkst du aktiv mit
Begleitung von Prozessen zur Optimierung von Produktentwicklungen und Unterstützung bei allen anfallenden konzeptionellen und operativen Arbeiten

Dein Background:

Aktives Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbar, mit Schwerpunkt Produktmanagement
Themenrelevante Erfahrung in Studium oder Praxis in Produktentwicklung
Gutes Verständnis essenzieller Abläufe der Produktentwicklung sowie den vor- und nachgelagerten Prozessen im Unternehmen, erste Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement
Du bringst eine selbstständige und motivierte Arbeitsweise mit und arbeitest gerne im Team
Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Your Hundertserver mission:

We have set big goals and would like to grow further and are therefore looking for you as a working student/intern in product management. As a working student/intern in product management (m/f/d), you will be the interface between our business development department and the technology department. If you are looking for an exciting start-up environment and want to make a decisive contribution to the further development of our product, then you have come to the right place.

The Main Tasks:

Task variety: you will support the conception of the design, harmonization, and integration of business processes in the context of product development
You will actively participate in the design of end-to-end processes in the areas of product development and product data management
Accompanying processes for the optimization of product developments and supporting you in all conceptual and operational work that arises

You fit to our team when:

Active studies in (business) engineering, (business) informatics, or comparable, with a focus on product management
Relevant experience in studies or practice in product development
Good understanding of essential processes of product development as well as upstream and downstream processes in the company, first experience in process management
You have an independent and motivated approach to work and enjoy working in a team
You have excellent communication skills and speak and write fluent German and English
